Refund and Returns Policy

At Glory Fashions, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom T-shirts and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized T-shirts (e.g., shirts with your uploaded designs, names, logos).

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at infor@gloryfashion.lk or call +94 71 23 456 789 within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order details, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, we will send you instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size or color.

  • Damaged or defective items.

To request an exchange, please follow the Return Process above and specify that you wish to exchange your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at infor@gloryfashion.lk with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider for pending transactions.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infor@gloryfashion.lk.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at infor@gloryfashion.lk or +94 71 23 456 789. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return process.
